FaceID not working after update
1Password got updated automatically to the latest version yesterday and now FaceID is not working anymore.
Sad but true I can't recall my master password anymore and thus I am locked out from my passwords.
Could you please adivse on how to restore functionality ?

@bressag: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately iOS updates often (though not always) reset this, as changes are made in the OS and Keychain. You will need your Master Password to unlock 1Password when Face ID/Touch ID is unavailable, as it is required to decrypt the data. There's no way around that. It is not known to us and is not something we can "reset" for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

Otherwise you can try as many times as you want. You won't be "locked out", but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly.
