my pw for 1 pw will not work on my 2nd computer
Put 7 on my desktop. went to laptop and it will not accept my password to open it there I have a family account.
1Password Version: 7 down loaded yesterday

Welcome to the forum, @jfvermie! My guess is that if you're trying to use the 1Password app on your laptop and you haven't signed into your account yet, you'll need to use the previous Master Password you used for your standalone 1Password data. Here are the instructions for signing into your account and migrating your data on your main device. If you've already done that on your desktop Mac, then use the steps under "Set up other devices" down near the bottom of the page to get all your 1Password apps on all your devices switched over to using the new 1Password account.
