watchtower ?

Goodday everyone i updated my vault on the site for the purpose to check all the passwords for the watchtower database , but it keeps saying ive only got 32 login when i have 40 ? Also in the device box it says ive got ios 11 instead of ios 13.1 ! Whats up with these ? Are they working correctly ?

Where are you seeing that message: in the 1Password for iOS app, or somewhere else? Also, do you have more than one vault?

@Ben Hi Ive i have 1 vault on my phone and one on the site primary on the phone and the one on the site ! both are the same it says there is 40 on the site , but when i open watch tower in the app browser when signed in , it says there is only 32 ? so has not updated also when i try to sign in to the site in the app to link accounts my master password is not allowing me to sign in ? And says sign in a other way ?

When i sign in from the ios app im getting that message , im not getting it in the browser in the app or on safari ! Really confusing. Its when im trying to sign in to connect to my account . ?
