Trying to Upgrade 1 License + 2 Individual Subscriptions to 1 Family -- What's the best way?

Hi! I have been a 1password user since at least 2010, and I am still on a License. I also recently convinced my wife and then my mom to get on 1password, and they both have individual accounts. I'd like to switch all three of us to a Families account, with me as the Organizer.

What's the best way for me to move everyone's data over? Is there any way to get the individual accounts costs for the rest of the year refunded? (My wife and I actually paying for both accounts already.)
