Trouble getting started with 1Password 7

    I would buy it IF I could get in! This is so frustrating!

    I tried to upgrade to 7 yesterday. I clicked to the Subscribe button. It instructed me to set new account. Followed the prompts, since it offered no other option. Once that far, it sent a verification code which I then entered. Got another email saying the account was set up and ready to go. I can no longer sign in to anything without the Secret Key, which I can't get without signing in. I can't create a new account. I don't want to delete the old one (which has many years of data). I even tried resetting the Master Password, even though I was 100% sure it was correct. I'm still stuck.

    None of the prompts to get the Secret Key will work because I never found the opportunity to buy the membership.

    I did finally figure out how to restore version 6, but the Safari app button no longer works, hence the need to upgrade to 7.

    Has ANYONE gotten a resolution yet? I also have a paid subscription from 2013. From the current website: "24/7 fast, helpful email" support. No response to my email(s) from two days ago either.

    It appears you've been contacting us through multiple various channels, including this forum, email, Twitter, etc. I understand that you're frustrated and are just trying to get your questions answered. Unfortunately doing so causes a duplication of efforts on our part, slowing down the whole process for everyone (including you).

    Since we've received your email, let's stick to that channel. Someone will be in touch with you via email as soon as possible. I do apologize that right now it is taking us a little longer than usual to get to everyone, but we'll be with you soon. Continuing to 'ping' us through various channels will only slow that process down.
