transferring subscription to new account (forgotten master password)

Hello,

I have completely forgotten my master password. It seems I must delete my account and create a new one. One problem is, I signed up for a 1 year subscription this month. How do I get the subscription transferred to my new account (once I create it)? Thanks in advance for any help.
