Got asked a different secret key than I'm using on my ipad and macbook

Hi, I've been using 1password for awhile now and has downgraded from a team account to personal account

Today I was asked to relogin on my ipad and macbook

strangely I was shown that my secret key starts with a different set of letters than what I have

so now I can't login in my ipad and smaller macbook

Please help, thanks in advance

I'm sorry about the trouble. Are you able to log in and see all of your data at https://my.1password.com/ ? If so, I'd recommend printing a fresh copy of your Emergency Kit:

Get to know your Emergency Kit

Armed with that you can uninstall and reinstall the 1Password for iOS app, and sign in using the kit. Then you can use Help > Troubleshooting > Reset All 1Password Data on the Mac and again sign in using the kit.
