Can not enable Password Autofill on iPad

I’m using 1Password on iPhone and iPad. Password Autofill is enabled on iPhone and works fine. But on iPad the icon is grayed out and right side of screen only shows instructions for setting up. Using IOS 12.4.1 and 1Password 7.4.1.

    Well, this is embarrassing...I can't figure out how to get the screenshot image into my comment! I click on the image thingie above this comment box but can't use it to attach my screenshot.

    BTW, I just installed iOS 13.2, same problem occurs.

    That is indeed a screenshot. Thanks @ccope09. I'm not seeing anything abnormal jump out at me there, though. What happens when you follow the instructions on the right side of that screen? Is that where you're seeing something grayed out?

    Okay, got it now. I was confusing iOS Settings and 1Password settings. For dummies like me, it would help if 1Password instruction says “Go to Settings app on iPad or iPhone.”
