Primary account (on cloud) not available on chrome

I have a 1Password subscription and use the app on my Mac. I installed the chrome extension (both 1Password X and the one with the app), however, I am unable to see my primary account on any of them. I can only see the personal account, on which I have very limited data. How can I access my primary account on 1Password extension for Chrome (P.S. It was working fine before I updated my desktop app). Thanks in advance.

    So, I deleted the 1Password X and installed 1Password (desktop app required). Whenever I click on the 1Password icon on my browser, I get see the following.

    I am unable to see any of my stored passwords.
