Hi @cristoslc and @Stanzilla. Did you recently update to Android 10? We've noticed that the update seems to cause this error.
To resolve it, try this:
1. Go to your device settings and remove your fingerprints.
2. Reboot your device.
3. Re-enroll your fingerprints in the device settings.
