New install on Windows 10, cannot sign-in to app
I just installed the latest 1P on my new laptop running Windows 10 Pro. I am able to log into my 1P account through a web browser but when I try to log into the newly installed 1P app, it says, "Your sign-in address, email address, Secret Key, or Master Password is incorrect.
I know them to be correct. I copied and pasted the content to log in via a browser. Please help. Thanks.

Hey @jackl4! Can you try signing into your account at https://my.1password.com? Once signed in, you should see a pop-up on the right that asks if you'd like to add the account to 1Password X. Go ahead and click the add button there. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Kaitlyn. Thank you for a fast response. I found out it was my VPN that was the problem. As soon as I turned it off, I was able to login and get setup.
