Master Password IS accepted on laptop opening, but NOT in a log-in page; says there's an error

I have changed Master Passwords successfully over the years, but the current 5 letter one WILL open when I click into 1Passwords on my Mac laptop when I click on icon. But if I get a page where I have to provide my Master Password it will not accept the one I had just used successfully. I do have a Secret Key, can't find a license. This all started when I was enthused about the category 'Documents" and couldn't find it on my 1Password....

    I deleted successfully my old account, and started over. Spent a lot of time getting info into new one from my iPhone which had been synced yet with the new. It's done.
