Subscription upgrade

Had signed up for an individual account via Apple and found out that to upgrade to a family account I needed to unsubscribe at Apple and go through your company directly. I have cancelled my in-app purchase subscription in the App Store, could you guys please reset my billing type at your end so that I can change my account type?
