Data don't want to synchronize on the iOS App

Hello,

I have an issue with your 1Password iOS App (or with my account).
My new data (passwords, notes, ...) that are created and saved with your Windows software don't want to sync on the iOS App.
Apparently, my Windows (v7.3.712) and iOS (7.4.2) apps are up to date.

Hi @Elyaz

I'm sorry to hear about the problem. Let's see if we can narrow down which device isn't syncing. Please try this for me: create a new item on each device. Then, log in at https://my.1password.com in a web browser. Open your vault there and see if either / both items you created appear there.

Thanks for your quick answer.
I followed the procedure explained in the last comment. Here are the results :

• The login and the secure notes that I created on my computer on Windows are well saved and I can see them when I'm logged in at https://my.1password.com
• On mobile quite the opposite -> The login and the secure notes that I created on my iPhone aren't not present when I'm logged in a browser.

Thanks for the update @Elyaz. Is there any data stored in 1Password for iOS that is not on 1Password.com that you want to keep? If there is, please manually add that data either to your 1Password for Windows installation or through the 1Password.com web app. Once completed, or if there isn't any data to copy over, please uninstall and reinstall 1Password for iOS and then repeat the test.

I tried to fix this issue by myself because I had few ideas and I succeed :)

It's my fault ! Indeed, in the iPhone settings, more especially for 1Password the "cellular data/information" (I don't know the real english label) was not activated ...
