Why didn't the app/mini record my new account to this forum?

I created my new account, using Safari, but I wasn't able to record the user and password information into 1Password.

workaround: Edit my user account, using Safari remember the first password, the creating a new one from 1Password generator and manually storing the account info into 1Password

    Is mini prompting you to save / update other records (e.g. is the problem just with this forum)?

    Just this forum when creating account. When changing my password it wake up, and offered save the new account
