    not sure what sync method i'm using, can you suggest one given i am using a mac and iphone

    @jnplatt:

    The recommended sync method is via 1Password.com if you have a Membership account. Once you have an account, just make sure to add it to your 1Password apps and sync will work automatically on all your devices :)
