How do I change the name of an individual team member?

We use VA's and they come and go quite often and we use the same email address. Can I change the name on an account as that VA has left and a replacement is using same log in credentials and email etc, but we need to change the name on the account to reflect correctly.

    Hi @Kelz,

    Yes, this should be possible. Please navigate to the "People" tab in the sidebar, select the person in question (click on their name), and then click on edit details under their profile picture / name. That said, I would suggest considering if this arrangement provides the level of security you need. What prevents the previous VA from continuing to use this account?
