My 1Password Windows browser extension is grayed out when I use Firefox.... please help

Extension is grayed out using Firefox browser. I've tried reinstalling and updating to latest versions of both extension and browser. Nothing seems to work. Using Firefox version 69.0.3 (64-bit)

Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: Windows 7 Home Premium
Sync Type: 1Password for families
Referrer: forum-search:1password extension not working

    Using the installation function from the 1Password app to install browser extension.
