To whom it may concern,
I bought the software through the Apple Store and I have updated to 1Password 7. I can see that I can not add additional loggings or any other field.
Why is the software blocked?
Thanks.
Cheers.
Miguel

    Hi @migue1

1Password 7 requires either a separate license purchase or a 1Password membership. 1Password 7 for Mac from the Mac App Store is subscription-only. We're no longer advertising licenses, but they are available within 1Password 7 when downloaded from our website for customers who are already familiar with that situation and are comfortable with the "DIY" approach they offer. I'd highly recommend taking a look at 1Password membership, which will give you access to the latest versions of 1Password for all of your compatible devices (no more separate upgrade fees). You can read about the benefits here:

    About 1Password membership

If you'd prefer a license you can select the "need a license? We have those too" option from the welcome screen of 1Password 7 when downloaded from our website. A 1Password 7 for Mac license, which allows one person to use 1Password 7 on all of their compatible Macs, is normally $65 USD + tax. They are currently (as of writing) on sale for a limited time for $50 USD + tax. That promotion may end at any time now. It was originally planned to run for a couple of weeks, and has now extended for quite some time, so I wouldn't be surprised if it ends at any point in the near future.

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

    Ben

    Hi Ben,
the situation is that I bought that app from the apple store time ago, I was using 1Password 6 in my older macbook and I was happy. Now I have got a new mac computer I have been forced to install 1Password 7, and suddenly it does not work, which makes me feel very bad, as you can understand. I need to install 1Password 6 back from the apple store. I do not want to purchase and even less to subscribe to any other program/version. I trusted to this company and I bought the software at that moment. If the company is changing the model of making money to me is OK, as long as the company respects former customers who bought the program. I do not need 1Password 7. Just please keep me with the previous version that I bought. Then if you let me know how to get back to 1Password 6 I would appreciate it.
    Thanks.

    Hi @migue1

You are of course welcome to continue using the version that you purchased for as long as it continues to serve your purposes, but that version is no longer being updated by us. It is not compatible with Safari 13. For Safari 13 compatibility you would need to upgrade to 1Password 7.

Apple has a guide on how to re-download apps previously purchased from them available here:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

    I hope that helps!
