The 1 Password Support Team seems so friendly in photos at the top of this forum. Everybody is smiling. Are these the same people who answer enquiry emails sent to Agile from their website?

I have sent 2 emails over a week's period and I only received an automated response (once) acknowledging my asking for help. Is there anyone home?
