1Password 7 mini sometimes shows completely unrelated icons on entries

Hello. Lately I've noticed 1PW mini is showing me icons on entries that are icons for other entries. See screenshot:

On the left, it shows a snapchat icon. On the right, it's just a plain icon with the first two letters of the entry.
Closing and reopening mini usually resolves it, but I found it strange considering my snapchat entry and AD entry are in separate vaults.
It doesn't happen all the time and I have absolutely no idea how to reproduce it but it's happened more than a few times.
