Changing a password in the 1Password App

When I am changing a password in the 1Password app on my phone, I no longer have access to a full keyboard in the app. I only have access a number keyboard like on a telephone. No access to letters and symbols.

    What type of phone are you currently using? And what field are you trying to edit when this happens?

    i have an iPhone, and it is the password field that I am changing.

    Is this password field inside of a record that is in the Memberships category? If so this is intentional. The default field on a membership item is a PIN, not a password. But you can add a password field by tapping on the "+ Add new field" option just below the built-in PIN field.
