How do I reset my master password if I can't log in

I normally use face id. It won't work tonight. All my passwords are in this app and I am locked out. Please Help!!

Are you part of a 1Password Families membership with someone else serving the role as Family Organizer? If so, they may be able to help you recover your Master Password. Otherwise, Master Passwords cannot be reset. We do have some tips that may help though. They're available in this guide:
