Family membership but only option on iPad is monthly membership

I purchased a family membership back in April and am now trying to install the 1password app on an iPad but the only option is a monthly subscription.

    A 1Password Families Membership is a subscription. I'm not sure I'm clear on your question. How can we help?

    I paid $59.85 for an annual families plan back in April. On my iPad and both of our iPhones you could download the 1password app THEN you'd login with your credentials. On my wife iPad I want to do the same thing but the only option is the $8.99 monthly subscription. There is no choice to just download the app. Thanks for the quick reply. Sincerely, Dave.

    Thank you for the additional information; that is very helpful. Please note the banner at the top of your screenshot:

    Requires iOS 12.2 or later.

    It appears this iPad does not meet the system requirements for the app.
