Share an item with a specific family member only?

I have setup a family in 1Password and I would like to be able to share logins / details from my vault, which I've built over years with members of my family BUT I don't want every item I share to be available to every family member. For example I want to share the "Minecraft Login" with my son and I want to share the Bank login with my wife, but I do NOT want my son to have my bank login. How can I share a login with a specific family member rather than ALL family members?
