Tried sent 2 mail, didn'r received anything!!

There was an unexpected problem submitting your billing details. LegacyServerError: Operation is not permitted.
What's happening for my family account. Can't changed my billing from monthly to yearly, now can't re-unsubscribe! Sooo dispointed! My account have $596.71, can't use :((( My family account: mataoer@outlook.com

    I have to pay my Family Plan recently, please harry up. ( next month will expire)
    My friends, my families, wife families and I need to use my 1Password Family Plan :'(
