1Pass popup freezing iPad
Recently got a new iPad 7th gen brand new and downloaded 1pass right away.
I use 1pass on PC and android and 1pass has been great for me so far.
But for the iPad, it doesn't seem to work properly.
When i touch the username and password on any apps, "saved password" shows up on the iOS keyboard.
I press it and choose 1pass option.
Once I provide my touchID, the screen freezes and the machine does not recognize any touch inputs.
After about 3 seconds, I can vaguely see an almost transparent popup outline just about the size of the regular 1pass popup.
I have restarted the iPad, but the problem still persists.
The app itself works great.
The popup feature works fine within the Chrome app.
Does not work on other standalone apps.
If I go into the Chrome app, spotify login works fine;
If I use the standalone spotify app, the problem exists

I assumed the new ipad shipped with the latest iOS.
I realized that the 13.1.1 that it came with was not the latest and ran an update.
Now the iPad is running on iOS 13.1.3 and the issue is gone. Thanks

More update,
Since thinking that all has been fixed with an update, the issue came back. Now the issue also exists within the chrome app also. I've attached a picture of the issue.
This transluscent window pops up in place of the 1pass pop up and freezes all touch input and can only gain back touch functionality by pressing the home button and shutting down the app. After restating the app, problem persists.0 -
Hi @terry123
I believe you may be running up against this issue:
Until that gets fixed up you may want to consider using the 1Password share sheet extension:
Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone and iPad
