Touch ID unlocks on old phone but new phone requires Master Password

I’m replacing my phone but 1Password on my new phone is asking me for a master password that I can’t remember. I’ve tried everything. I uninstalled app from new phone but it still wants Master. While I can still access passwords on old phone via Touch ID, how can I move, export or print so I don’t lose them when I turn this old phone in? I can’t export if I can’t remember my master. I can’t change my master if I can’t remember my master

I am afraid that knowing your Master Password is fundamental to be able to export data or import it on a new device. If you forgot it, please try our tips on how to remember your Master Password. Hopefully they will be enough to allow you to recover it.
