Unable to use 1PasswordX in Firefox
I am using Firefox 70.0 64-bit for Windows 10.
I have 1Password for Windows v7.3.712 installed.
I installed the 1Password Extension (v1.16.2)
Whenever I click on the 1Password extension button to the right of the navigation bar, a new tab opens with a blank window:
1Password Version: 7.3.712
Extension Version: 1.16.2
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro v1903
Sync Type: Not Provided

Hi @mikeyno! I believe you're running into a restriction in Firefox. While in private browsing mode, Firefox prevents extensions from accessing the local database, which 1Password X relies on in order to function properly. Unfortunately, this currently results in a blank page when trying to open the extension. So far, we’ve seen this behavior when either of the following preferences are set in Firefox:
- Never remember history
- Always use private browsing mode
Disabling either of those preferences should allow 1Password X to function as expected. Would you mind double checking if you have either of those settings enabled?

I forgot I had turned on the permanent private browsing mode. I turned it off and it's working now. Thanks again!
