Migrate Between Family Accounts

Hi,

I'm using a family account and I'd like to move to another family account. Same group of people, only the account will be payed by one person's company (the company will be providing every employee with family accounts). I believe the only thing that is effectively going to change is the "Family Master", which goes to the person whose company is paying for the family plan.

How to proceed?

    Hi @ruasoliveira! Welcome to the forum!

    You would need to invite your family members again on your new account, and move your items from one account to the other. Changing the family master will not be enough.

    Also, the family organizer can be anyone, not just the person that is employed by the company. Indeed, you can have multiple admins in that case too.
