Keyboard covers Master Password field

@Ben Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I might have found a bug in the beta version. Not sure if this is happening on live. But I recently changed my apple id password and signed out of all my apps. I seem to be having issues trying to use my iPhone xS running iOS 13.1.13 to sign into my watch.

My watch needs to be signed back into and you have the option to use a keyboard from an iOS device. When I try to get my password from 1Password I get this screen and can't unlock 1password since I can't reach the master password field or the face id button.
