How do I change a team member to a guest?
Currently, the only other team member, other than myself, rarely uses the application. We now have another member I would like to give full access to and have the former as a guest to access certain login information.

It isn't possible to change an existing Team Member into a guest, or vice versa. What you'd need to do would be to delete their account within your membership. This will delete their Personal vault and all contents. Then you would invite them as a guest:
Share with guests in your team
As a guest they would have access to one (and only one) shared vault. I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
