If I try to visit the web vault on iPadOS/Safari, I get a big prompt to download the emergency kit. I can only download, which results in a PDF in the tab. I can’t actually get to the site or cancel out of the emergency kit prompt. If I back up, it just wants me to log back in.

My use case is to access my parent’s vault on the family plan for tech support.

    Hi @flaminio

    This is a known issue with iPadOS. The problem is at the moment Safari on iPadOS is nearly indistinguishable from Safari on macOS. But this may be indicative of a bigger issue: it sounds like your parent hasn't downloaded a copy of their Emergency Kit, which they should absolutely do (and ideally they'd print it):

    Get to know your Emergency Kit

    Beyond that, you should be able to work around this in Safari by tapping the "AA" icon to the left side of the address bar and choosing "Request Mobile Website." I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
