I need to reset my 2FA

in Mac

I did a backup of my iPhone before resetting it back to factory and then restored.
MS Authenticator was empty, which inlcuded 1P.
How do I go about doing this?

OS Version: OS X 10.15.1
Sync Type: iCloud
