how can i delete my account and start again , forever loop trying to find my account.

Hello im trying to recover my account and start over but i can not . When i try to find my account im in a loop sending emails which says their is instructions to delete account but its in a loop , and can not find my account ?

    i Go to 1password on the site i can not sign in to the site because my accounts are not syncing i change my password every 20days , So i put my address in for help to delete my account a email is then sent to my address with instructions , Ok , the email comes to my email address but as soon as i press , view my account, a other email asking for the same process pops in to my email this is the loop .

    Thanks for the confirmation, Unless you're able to Sign in on 1Password.com we should delete your 1Password account and sign up again. Because your 1Password data is still accessible to you on your iPhone (which is not signed in to the 1Password account), this process will not delete your 1Password data.

    Then you'll find the steps to sign up again and migrate your 1Password data with this guide:
