i need to upgrade to a family membership but i signed up from itunes and cant upgrade
i signed up for an individual membership and have emailed customer service (supposedly 24/7) and have no way to upgrade to a family account. So i basically cannot use the platform yet to share my families passwords and protect everyone so i hope this helps expedite the process. Ironic thing is i am trying to pay them more money, yet this is the response.
