1password won't download from the iphone app store
I can install other apps, but 1Password simply won't download or install from the iphone app store. No indication of why it fails, or even that it failed. I click "get" and am prompted "touch to install" (which I do), the prompt goes away, and then NOTHING. No indication on the app store screen, no new app on my home screen.
I have been using 1Password for several years on my Macs (1password 6).
This is a brand new iPhone 8 plus running ios 13.2.
I need to sync via Dropbox; it is installed on the iPhone, and works.

Similar thing happened to me with the Mac App Store. 1Password 6 seems to have been removed from the store as when I go to my purchased apps and click on 1Password I get an error saying: "Cannot connect to App Store". This is misleading as other apps work fine, only older apps that probably have been removed from the store give you this message.

The "Cannot connect to App Store" error comes from the App Store service, not from 1Password, so this suggests an issue on that side. Can you please try the Apple troubleshooting steps that they wrote about this error and see if they help?

Before starting this thread I had power-cycled my iPhone, and still been unable to install 1Password (but other apps installed just fine).
I power-cycled it again and 1Password installed just fine. It is now working, syncing via Dropbox.

I really don"t think this is an App Store service problem as most other apps in my purchase tab work fine. It's only for 1Password and another app (of which I know it has been discontinued) that I get the error message. So it really looks like an 1Password related problem rather than a general App Store service problem to me.
FYI. The other app is Coda 2 and the developer has announced that they are not selling their app on the App Store anymore due to some policy conflict. They have enabled the users who purchased the previous version to download it from their website and get a permanent license key from them.

Ok let's do the run around then:
1) Check your connection - Yes, I am connected to the internet.
2) Check System Status - Yes, all Apple systems are green.
3) Update your account - Yes, I can login into all apple services, incl. App Store.
4) Update your software - Yes, ran software update and all software is on latest version.
5) Check the date and time - Yes, date and time are set correctly for my time zone.Done. Problem still exist.

We don't have any control over the App Store app, its ability to connect to the App Store server, or anything else with the App Store purchase, installation, or update processes. You'd need to contact Apple for assistance. I had a similar issue yesterday with updates, but I had work to do so I just tried again later and it worked. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
