my acct is frozen. I still have a valid acct. can you unfreeze

I somehow had 2 subscriptions--one expiring on oct 3, 2019, and 1 on nov 19. I was told to just let one lapse, which I did, but now I'm frozen out of the acct, and it should still be valid til nov 19, and also set to auto renew. Help please.

@hillarpa: It sounds like you just signed up for multiple accounts, used one, and subscribed to the other instead. Please email us at support@1password.com from your accounts' registered email address. We're not able to discuss account details here on a public forum. Thanks!
