Disable rich (and all) icons everywhere

Can I totally disable icons on all items (Mac desktop app/Firefox & Chrome apps)? I find them a total waste of screen space that provide no benefit. Unchecking "Show Rich Icons" in the desktop app preferences does nothing, as far as I can see.

    It is not possible to not have any icons at all on 1Password items, no; sorry.
