Primary vault password

Hi, I have created a PRIMARY vault and to sync to icloud it requires a password, password hint: second word on main password no number.

I do not have a second word on my main password?

Password hints are set by the customer, not by us. As such only you would know what that hint is trying to tell you; sorry. If the hint doesn't help, I'd recommend taking a look at this guide:

If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

Thanks, I have the correct master password and it unlocked the 1password account, however if I sync with icloud the same password is incorrect?

That would seemingly indicate that the password was different the last time you synced 1Password with iCloud. Is all of your data in 1Password? If so you can reset the 1Password data in iCloud, and sync the data currently in 1Password to iCloud fresh:

• Open and unlock 1Password, then tap Settings > Advanced. Scroll down and tap Erase iCloud Data.
• Then sync 1Password with iCloud
