Hi @dcraik

I'd be happy to help with that. Could you please let me know:

1. What version of 1Password do you currently have installed on the older Mac? You can check in 1Password by selecting 1Password > About 1Password from the menu bar at the top of your screen.
2. Do you have a 1Password membership (subscription) or do you have a standalone license? If you don't have a membership, is your license from the Mac App Store or from us directly?
3. If you have a standalone license, which service, if any, are you currently syncing your 1Password data with: Dropbox or iCloud?

Knowing the answers to these questions will help me point you in the right direction.
