Can’t see items that were saved in Private vault

Although I do see them in the 1Password pop up window when trying to logon to a site.

    Can you please give us some more information? When you open the 1Password app (not the popup) on your iOS device, what vault are you in?

    I have it set to open with personal vault. Or i have opened with all vaults and then select personal vault. The results are the same, i cannot see any items that I know are in my personal vault. I know they are there because i can see them when using the safari pop up extension.
    We have a family account and my wife is able to see and edit items in her personal account

    I meant shr could see and edit items in her personal VAULT.

    Thank you for the additional information. Can you please post a screenshot of what you see as soon as you have unlocked the 1Password app?

    I figured out the problem. I did not know that I had to be inside one of the categories before finding the menu that was hidden behind the icon in the upper left of the screen. I thought the online instructions from 1password were inadequate to lead me to that menu.
