On my iPhone 10 the keyboard on my 1Password app account has disappeared. So I cannot make any changes to the material on my account. How do I get the keyboard back?

    Hi folks,

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. We haven't released any updates for the 1Password for iOS app since September 25th. Could you please answer a few questions for me:

    • Did this behavior just start?
    • Do you only see this happening with 1Password, or is it happening with other apps as well?
    • Can you recall any changes that were made on your device or with 1Password around the time this started?
    • Which version of 1Password for iOS do you currently have installed? You can check in 1Password > Settings, at the bottom (may have to scroll)
    • Which version of iOS is installed? You can check in the Settings app under General > About > Software Version
    • Are you using a keyboard other than the default built-in keyboard?

    Please let me know.
