Exit non-zero if op get fails because not signed in

If I try and run op get item foo and I'm not signed in, the CLI exits with a 0 status code. This should probably be a non-zero status code to indicate that I'm not signed in, and so that scripts can react to that.

I'm using op 0.7.1
