Locked out of my account on my iPhone.
I have used 1Password for about 10 years on Apple devices. It has synced between the app on my iPhone and my Mac Book Pro faithfully over the years using iCloud. The recent transfer from an iPhone 6s to a iPhone 11Pro went well. The fingerprint option on the 6 was replaced by face recognition on the 11 to open various sites. Last week I changed the Master Password on my iPhone 11Pro expecting the change to apply across to the Mac Book. I have since been locked out of my account on the iPhone. I am still able to access 1Password on the Mac using the original Master Password. I tried deleting the app from the phone, shutting the phone down, and reinstalling the app. I went in to restore access to the account and was able to select iCloud, and got “we found your vault stored in iCloud”. I tried the original Master Password that works on the Mac but was denied entry. Also tried the changed Master Password with the same result. Please advise as to how I can proceed to restore full service to both devices.
