Chrome Extension No Longer Working

Hello! As of this weekend my Chrome Browser extension stopped working. I've followed the instructions to try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension but no luck. The context (right click) menu is there, but when I click on 1Password (which used to bring up the account to fill) I get a new window with the following:

Looking for the 1Password helper
The 1Password helper must be running for the extension to work properly.

1Password Version: 7.3.712
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: Windows 10 (Build 1903)
Sync Type: 1Password

    Hey @stmbarnes
    Can you please try the following:
    1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to bring up the "Run" prompt.
    2. Write "1password.exe --setup" without the quotes there.
    3. Hit Enter and give it a few moments. 1Password should then pop up. Unlock it and see if it now autofills in your browser.
