Need to change the name assigned to the stand-alone license

I purchased a stand-alone license for mac using my parent's credit card. I entered my parent's name in the billing form. As a result of that, my license shows my parent's name which seems like it's not editable/changeable. I want to remove my parent's name in everywhere in the licese and replace it with mine since I am using it, email will stay same. I would also like to update the name in the FastSpring. Is it possible? Where should I contact? support+licenses[at]agilebits.com or orders[at]fastspring.com?
