My Mac crashed and the only backup I have is a .1pif file. Will it work for 1Password 7?

I don't have the membership version and my only backup is a .1pif file. 1Password 7 app does not recognize that file when I try to restore from backup.

1Password Version: 1Password 7
Extension Version: Don't know - just downloaded from App store
OS Version: OS Mojave
Sync Type: just getting set up
Referrer: forum-search:can I use a .1pif file to populate 1Password 7?

    I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your Mac. :( I take it you didn't have a Time Machine backup set up? That might be something to look into going forward. 1PIF is an export format, not a backup format, but it should contain your data in whatever state it was in when you made the export. You can import it using the File > Import menu.
