I cannot open 1Password app. It says I need to turn off restrictions. What restrictions?
This is the 2nd time I have tried 1Password, but I have never been able to get past the simplest of things. Signing in is a problem. My old account shows up, but sometimes both accounts show. I can't open either. The current app that I want to use tells me I have restrictions that I need to remove. I have no idea what restrictions. Please help!

"Restrictions" on iOS may refer to parental restrictions:
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Because of the built-in browser 1Password is rated 17+. If you have age restrictions for app installation turned on you may not be able to install it. If that doesn't seem to address the issue could you please post a screenshot of the message you're getting?
