Can't install latest update (7.4.1) on my MacBook Pro

I have 1Password version 7.3.2 installed on my MacBook Pro (MacOS ver 10.15.1). The App Store is telling me there is a 1Password update (7.4.1). When I go to install the update, I get an error message saying it can't install the update because 1Password is open. 1Password was not open. Restarted the computer several time (full shutdown and restart) then tried to do the update (via App store) again, same problem. No programs open, but error message says the App Store can't install the 1Password update because 1Password is open (its not open).
